Started primarily by its founder, Brent Beisher, Build has been converting property in and around Shanghai for the past 10 years. Starting one step at a time, we have been able to grow the company to 6 buildings in four years, managing over 10,000 SQM in property and taking one to two projects a year and focusing on the success of the buildings. Primarily in commercial conversions, careful attention to architecture renovation has been put in practice.

We try to keep all the original elements of an old building, a drawback is we are constantly having to keep it maintained well, and occasionaly fix it. Build employs a full-time maintenance and IT department, to make sure problems that arise get fixed as quickly as possible.

The customers’satisfaction is the key of Build’s success. Build has an outstanding management team to ensure that the construction and operation of the normal service in time listening to customer and ensure satisfaction.

The greater part of his adult life has been spent in China, in particular Shanghai. After founding a real estate company specializing in locating unusual and unique downtown property, Brent went on to development with the Foundry as his first venture. Since then, three new developments have been restored and built in Jing An, and recently he has been consulting with other developers for conversion projects around downtown Shanghai. His ability to fluently speak and navigate a complex set of circumstances to each property allows him to grow his firm and preserve property, one block at a time.
